Tadaa

i LOVE birthdays specially when it is mine πŸ˜‰

September 18 it was and had poured in lots of love in the form of posts, calls, texts, songs, gifts and cakes. Yeah, some of my people had actually called up and sang while others sent audio clips πŸ™‚

But a hand-written note, a cartoon and a couple of poems were something unique that happened this year…and it had just brightened my day πŸ™‚

A note from close friend since school, Β Β Sreemoyee

Ahitagni‘s first poem and the subject was me πŸ˜‰
It’s not just her face
But her soul ,that’s beautiful
It’s not just her lips
But her eyes ,that smiles
It’s not just her words
But her thoughts , that’s pure,
It’s not just her bday
But her entire life that’s ought to b special…

A poem by my favorite poetess and my class hottie Tahoora
Take a look around today,
Attention you need to pay,
To things that are unseen,
That to you may not much mean.

Watch the kitten’s whiskers wrinkle,
And the drops of water twinkle,
See the shapes of clouds today,
Notice the happy in even the gray.

Hear the music of the clock,
See the rhythm of a walk,
And the crinkling of the eyes,
As the sides of the lips rise.

Today is here after a year,
So now everyone, far and near,
And everything, visible or not,
Is together here to love you a lot.

And this cartoon is too cute πŸ˜€
Thank you Honey (Subhasree have been my Honey and i have been her Bunny for a long time)
